Bank completes $30 million headquarters project

The office is on six acres in Fort Myers.

FORT MYERS — The new headquarters of FineMark National Bank & Trust, a $30 million project on the site that formerly housed The Atrium Executive Center, has been completed.

Fort Myers-based Stevens Construction oversaw the project, at 8695 College Parkway in Fort Myers. The complex, on six acres, is a three-story, 60,000-square-foot, tilt-wall building. Interiors include custom millwork, tray ceilings, white oak trim, custom lighting and glass mosaic tile, according to a statement. The building also features a soaring 30-foot lobby adorned with white oak and tile ascending to the ceiling, pendant chandeliers, artwork and porcelain tile.
