Gated enclave of homes set sales record in 2020

LAKEWOOD RANCH — The Lake Club, a high-end gated community within Lakewood Ranch, posted record sales levels in 2020, with close to 150 end-user home and builder lot sales.

The community’s Lake View Estates section, with homes by Anchor Builders, Arthur Rutenberg Homes, John Cannon Homes and Stock, nearly sold out in 2020, according to a statement. The last remaining available home by Stock, a Gardenia II, was sold this month, the release adds.
