Ronto Group begins contract conversions in Tampa

Altura Bayshore tower reservations have exceeded demand, developer says, as required state documents are filed.

The Ronto Group has hit an important milestone with its planned 22-story Altura Bayshore condominium tower in Tampa by beginning to convert buyer reservations into sales contracts.

The Naples-based developer also has filed required condominium documents with the state for the project, which mandate the project be delivered within a set time frame.
