Developer plans 40-acre office and industrial project on busy site

Seagate will begin clearing and filling the site next month.

FORT MYERS — Seagate Development Group is developing a 40-acre commercial project at Alico Road and Interstate 75 in Fort Myers, a combination of office, flex and industrial buildings.
