875-acre parcel sold for $52 million to West Palm Beach developer

Pasco County property will be developed as part of Connected City project

PASCO — More than 870 acres of agricultural property was sold in Pasco County Dec. 21 for $52 million.

The 875 acres, on the southeast corner of State Road 52 and Interstate 275, will be rezoned and the new owners will build a mixed-use development that will be part of the Connected City overlay district.
