Longtime attorney joins firm as shareholder

SARASOTA — Icard Merrill recently announced the addition of attorney Todd Kaplan as a shareholder of the Sarasota-based firm. 

Kaplan joined the firm in 2006 with experience in serving clients in the areas of tax, estate planning, and corporate law. A press release says the attorney represents individuals and families in all aspects of estate planning, wealth transfer and business succession.
