Luxury home community sails toward annual goal six months early

The Lake Club previously reported sales upwards of $100 million within the first three months of this year.

LAKEWOOD RANCH — The Lake Club, one of 16 residential communities within the master-planned Lakewood Ranch development in Sarasota and Manatee counties, nearly hit its annual goal of 100 sales in just six months.

The private club community had 88 sales from January through June, and 70 of those were in the first three months of this year, totaling nearly $100 million. In March alone, a total of 42 sales contracts were executed in the Lake Club, according to a statement.
