Gated community soars in sales for 2021, with already $100 million in volume

Lakewood Ranch community expands as buyers are attracted to its lifestyle offerings and amenities.

LAKEWOOD RANCH — The Lake Club, one of 16 residential communities within the master-planned Lakewood Ranch development in Sarasota and Manatee counties, is receiving both accolades and increased consumer interest.

In the first three months of this year, for instance, the gated community reported 70 sales totaling nearly $100 million. In March alone, a total of 42 sales contracts were executed in the Lake Club, according to a statement.
