PETERSBURG — To keep its doors open and help fight food shortages and hoarding brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, Little Greek Fresh Grill, a chain of fast-casual Greek restaurants with an American influence, will focus on takeout, curbside service, delivery and a new grocery sales capability.
