NAPLES — The Peninsula at Treviso Bay, a gated neighborhood of 55 coastal contemporary, luxury golf and lakefront custom estate homes, is having a strong sales season.

Six residences have sold or are under contracted since November, according to a statement, at average sales price of $2.2 million. The Peninsula at Treviso Bay is inside the master-planned community of Treviso Bay, and all home sites in the neighborhood are lakefront and overlook Naples’ only TPC golf course, TPC Treviso Bay.
