Construction complete on 435-unit luxury multifamily complex

Knott Realty Group acquired the land for the site in 2017 for $5.2 million.

FORT MYERS — Construction has been completed on Decorum Luxury Apartments, a luxury complex in Fort Myers.

Naples-based DeAngelis Diamond built the project, for Knott Realty Group, according to a statement. The 630,000-square-foot complex has 435 units. It features a resort-style pool with private poolside cabanas, pickleball courts, a theater and billiards room, two state-of-the-art fitness areas, dog parks, walking trails, and garages, the release adds.
