Builder completes work on 15-story luxury apartment building

ST. PETERSBURG — Moss Construction has finished work on ICON Central, a 15-story luxury apartment building at 855 Central Ave. in downtown St. Petersburg.

Developed by Miami-based The Related Group, construction of the 368-unit project included the total renovation of the 1926 Union Trust Bank building. The building’s residential units range in size from 542 to 1,470 square feet.
