FORT MYERS — The Vistas at Eastwood, a new luxury apartment home community near Interstate 75 in Fort Myers, is accepting leases. Tenants are expected to move in by February, according to a statement.

Developed by Norstar Development USA and managed by Norstar Accolade Property Management, the Vistas is near the intersection of Colonial Boulevard and Ortiz Avenue, at 4985 Eastwood Greens Street. Five floor plans offering one, two and three bedrooms with lake views are available, the release states. Sizes range from 718 to 1,282 square feet. Lease prices start at $1,107.
