Bank appoints new market leader for high-net-worth clients

The Southwest Florida unit of Cogent Bank has named area banker Jessica Fontana a vice president, in charge of private banking for the region.

Fontana has worked in the financial industry for over 15 years in Collier and Lee counties, according to a statement, as both a private banker and commercial banker. She began her banking career in 2004 at Orion Bank in Naples, according to her LinkedIn profile, and was a portfolio manager for over a decade in the region for IberiaBank.
