42-acre business park in Fort Myers comes in response to growth

As it puts the finishing touches on its 23-acre SouthLinks business park in Bonita Springs,  McGarvey Development  Co. is turning its attention to a new project that will be the company’s largest in its 30-year history.

The CenterLinks Business Park at Three Oaks, on 42 acres at Oriole Road near Alico Road and west of Interstate 75, in Fort Myers, will contain 600,000 square feet of industrial, flex and general or medical office space when built out.
