BONITA SPRINGS — A construction firm headquartered in Bonita Springs added a new senior superintendent with almost four decades of experience in the industry.

Gates Construction hired Ben Haynie to oversee daily onsite supervision of Gates projects, including quality control, safety, security, project close out and transition planning, according to a news release.
