TAMPA — The Godfrey Hotel & Cabanas Tampa, a waterfront resort in the city’s Rocky Point neighborhood, has expanded its executive team with the appointment of a new general manager, Shaun Kwiatkowski, and food and beverage director, Matthew Garvey.
