Texas firm sells area business park for $9 million

NAPLES —An investor from Stuart recently bought a Fort Myers business park from an affiliate of a Texas real estate firm for $9 million.

The 48,000-square-foot complex, the Alico Business Center, is a mix of office and retail. Tenants at the center, at 9961 Interstate Commerce Drive, include KB Hair Studio, Platinum Fitness, PeopleReady, Scotlynn, Spigot Inc., AdKnowledge, Avis Car Rental and Sphinx CrossFit, according to a statement from Naples-based KOVA Cos. and its brokerage division, SVN|KOVA. Bryan Flores of SVN|KOVA Naples was the listing agent, the release adds, working with the seller, PIP IV Alico LLC. Flores facilitated  the sale, to Friendly Village LLC, an entity run by Chris Miele from Stuart, Florida Division of Corporations records show, in 45 days.
