Homebuilder plans 186 attached villas in new community

Sales of homes from mid-$300,000s in lakefront community will begin this fall.

FORT MYERS — National homebuilder Pulte Homes will offer 186 attached villas in Esplanade Lake Club, a new 778-acre community near the intersection of Alico Road and Ben Hill Griffin Parkway. All homeowners will have access to the 352-acre lake that allows residents recreational boat use, according to a statement. 

Decorated models are scheduled to break ground in June and home sales will begin this fall. Esplanade Lake Club is less than two miles from Interstate 75 and offers easy access to Gulf Coast Town Center, Florida Gulf Coast University and Southwest Florida International Airport, the release states. Homes start from the low to mid $300,000s.  Homes will 1,542 square feet and 1,569 square feet with enough outdoor space to accommodate a pool and spa.
