NAPLES — More than 200 homesites with views of water and nature preserve have been released in Winding Cypress by DiVosta Homes, a division of national homebuilder PulteGroup. Winding Cypress is a 1,100-acre, 700-home gated community in eastern Naples that includes more than 80 acres of lakes.

“The east Naples region is blossoming with vibrant activity, such as new shopping, dining and retail locations all created to enhance the landscape for this community,” says Richard McCormick, president of PulteGroup Southwest Florida, in a statement. “With the increase in interest in this area, we’re excited to expand our offering of new homes available in the Winding Cypress community that will complement the area’s active lifestyle.”

Surrounded by 800 acres of preserves, Winding Cypress offers a boardwalk, pavilion, bird wading overlook, linear park and community garden. A resort-style amenity center includes a 17,500-square foot clubhouse; heated pool and spa with cabanas, an outdoor lounge, bar and grill and fire pit; a fitness center and movement studio; outdoor yoga studio; dog park and 13 sports courts including tennis, bocce ball and pickleball.

Attached villas in Winding Cypress are priced from low $300,000s and single family homes from the upper $300,000s.
