New active adult community nears completion

CAPE  CORAL — A new luxury active adult community, Atrium at Liberty Park by Meridian Senior Living, is nearing completion in Cape Coral near Pine Island Road and Northeast 24th Avenue.

The project, Atrium at Liberty Park, will open with 130 independent living, assisted living and memory care residences in more than 110,000 square feet. The property includes three landscaped courtyards and bright amenity spaces to underscore the its focus on active living, according to a statement.
