National law firm names partner in charge of local office

ST. PETERSBURG — New Orleans-based law firm Adams and Reese named Andrew McBride partner in charge of its St. Petersburg office.

McBride, according to a press release, is a member of the firm’s financial services team, in which capacity he advises banks and distressed debt purchasers. He assists with complex commercial real estate and loan transactions, as well as construction loan transactions. He also has litigation experience related to community association, banking, commercial, bankruptcy, foreclosure and creditors’ rights matters, the release adds.
