Developers unveil big plans for senior living facility

The first phase of the 170,000-square-foot Clearwater project will open in 2020.

CLEARWATER — Naples-based developer Small Brothers LLC has partnered with Autumn Senior Living on Aravilla Clearwater, an assisted-living and memory-care facility that will open to residents next year.

According to a press release, the first phase of the 65,000-square-foot community — at 1990 N. McMullen Booth Road — should be move-in ready in summer 2020. Specializing in memory care, it will feature 84 units and 95 beds.
