FORT MYERS — National homebuilder Pulte Homes will join the growing residential corridor along Colonial Boulevard in Fort Myers when it debuts Eagle Reserve, a 70-acre gated community of 181 single-family homes starting from the mid $200,000s. Pulte plans to hold a grand opening of its decorated models June 15.

The community will offer homes from 1,565 square feet to more than 3,800 square feet with prices starting at $264,990, according to a statement. Eagle Reserve is 2.5 miles west of Interstate 75 and 2.5 miles east of U.S. 41.

“In addition to offering a central location near top-rated schools and major employment corridors, Eagle Reserve’s low-maintenance lifestyle and low fee structure will give residents more time to take advantage of the family-friendly amenities we’ve planned,” said Josh Graeve, vice president of sales for PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida Division, in the statement.

Eagle Reserve’s amenity package will include a resort-style pool, a cabana with covered outdoor seating and playground.
