NAPLES — When a new senior living community in Naples opens this fall, it will be led by a 20-year veteran of the senior care industry. Dawn Osterweil has been named executive director of Watercrest Naples Assisted Living and Memory Care, a 128-unit luxury facility currently under construction at 9015 Bellaire Bay Drive, according to a statement.
