FORT MYERS — Neal Communities has sold out Coastal Key, a gated island-themed community of 112 single-family homes in Fort Myers.

Coastal Key is situated on 48 acres, surrounded by more than 65 acres of wetland preserve and park area. A maintenance-assisted neighborhood, floor plans ranged from 1,772 to 2,915 square feet, according to a statement.
