Brisk sales reported in luxury condo development

First three buildings in 205-unit Genova near Coconut Point in Estero have sold out as construction remains underway.

ESTERO — Three of the first four buildings under construction in the luxury condominium community of Genova have been sold out with the fourth nearly sold out, according to developer Jim Wallace and Genova Partners.

Located at the corner of Corkscrew Road and Via Coconut Point, Genova will have 205 units and a private resort lifestyle club, all featuring 17th century Italianate courtyard design.
