Development firms partner on luxury apartment community

NORTH NAPLES — Joint venture partners CC Residential and Naples-based Barron Collier Cos. have opened the first two buildings of Addison Place, a 296-unit luxury apartment community at the northwest corner of Immokalee Road and Collier Boulevard in north Naples.

Professionally managed by Greystar, Addison Place offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments from 758 to 1,397 square feet with rents starting at $1,742. Amenities include a modern clubhouse with a variety of social spaces, a game room, business center, theater room and complimentary Wi-Fi in common areas, according to a statement. A fitness center includes weight machines, Peloton equipment, on-demand exercise classes and a children’s play area. A zero-entry heated swimming pool features sun deck with cabanas, an outdoor entertainment kitchen and grilling stations. The grounds include a dog park, pet spa, recreation space with a lake and wetland preserve. The smoke-free community includes additional conveniences such as Amazon package lockers, controlled access entry and an on-site parking garage, the release adds.
