Nonprofit makes hire for newly created vice president role

Trisha Blake will head up sales and marketing at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium.

CLEARWATER — Trisha Blake has joined Clearwater Marine Aquarium in the newly created role of vice president of sales and marketing.

Blake’s career, according to a press release, includes stints with the Las Vegas Convention & Visitor Authority, Caesars Entertainment and Los Angeles International Airport. At CMA, she will be responsible for the development and implementation of revenue-growth strategies that will support the aquarium’s mission as it prepares to unveil its expanded facility in 2020.
