Marcum has merged with Skoda Minotti, picking up its Tampa office.

TAMPA — Skoda Minotti, a Cleveland-based accounting and business advisory firm with a presence in Tampa, has merged with New York-based Marcum, one of the 15 largest accounting firms in the country.  

Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
