Commercial real estate experts join forces to form investment advisory group

SVN Coastal Commercial Advisors will serve investors in Tampa and St. Petersburg.

TAMPA — Larry Starr and Matt Christian of SVN Commercial Advisory Group in Sarasota have teamed up to launch SVN Coastal Commercial Advisors, a commercial real estate investment advisory firm that will serve the Tampa and St. Petersburg markets.

Starr, according to a press release, is the owner of the new firm; Christian serves as managing director.
