NAPLES — A new Southwest Florida luxury community is off to a fast start: Peninsula, Treviso Bay’s newest gated coastal contemporary neighborhood, sold seven homes in 40 days at an average price of $2.1 million, according to a statement. Of the 55 homesites in the neighborhood, 40 remain available.
