NAPLES — A new Southwest Florida luxury community is off to a fast start: Peninsula, Treviso Bay’s newest gated coastal contemporary neighborhood, sold seven homes in 40 days at an average price of $2.1 million, according to a statement. Of the 55 homesites in the neighborhood, 40 remain available.

All Peninsula new home purchases include a bundled golf membership to Naples’ only Tournament Players Club-designated course, designed by Arthur Hills. Amenities include Villa Rilassare, a 15,000-square-foot facility with resort-style amenities including a full-service spa, fitness and health club, a pool complex and poolside dining at La Piscina. There is also a lakefront sand beach with chaises, palm trees, hammocks, and private cabanas.
