Construction firm names new senior superintendent

BONITA SPRINGS — Gates Construction hired Dervin Pyfrom as senior superintendent. He is responsible for daily on-site supervision of Gates’ projects including quality control, safety, security, project close-out and transition planning. 

Pyfrom has more than 15 years of construction experience with a variety of project types including multifamily, hospitality, government, retail, condominium and more. He will be based out of Gates Construction’s office in Sarasota, according to a statement. 

Gates Construction provides construction management, general contracting and design-build services for commercial, health care, multifamily, club and hospitality, institutional and special project clients. With offices in Bonita Springs, Sarasota and Palm Beach Gardens, the company operates throughout the Southeast United States and Latin America.
