Contractor adds senior official

BONITA SPRINGS — Gates Construction named Tom Rife senior estimator.

Rife’s responsibilities include comprehensive estimating, labor estimates and developing subcontractor scopes and bidding criteria. Rife collaborates with executive staff and the project team in all preconstruction services including sequencing, design review, constructibility and life cycle analysis, value engineering, cost/budget analysis and strategic planning for all aspects of the projects.
