Construction firm taps new superintendent

BONITA SPRINGS —  Gates Construction has hired Darryl Piearcy as superintendent, working out of the company’s Sarasota office.

Piearcy will be responsible for daily on-site supervision of Gates’ projects, including quality control, safety, security, project close out and transition planning, according to a statement. He has more than 20 years of construction experience in multifamily, hospitals, government facilities, hotels and commercial retail centers.
