Master-planned town crests 200 home sales in 2018

Ave Maria in eastern Collier County projects 11,000 residences at build-out.

NAPLES — Ave Maria, a new town under development in eastern Collier County by Barron Collier Companies, has reported more than 200 home sales so far in 2018.

At build-out, it will include up to 11,000 residences and 1.7 million square feet of retail, office and business park uses on 4,000 acres. Ave Maria has been recognized as the fastest-selling new home community by MetroStudy for the past three years.
