Developer recruits new executive to handle growing portfolio

ESTERO — Miromar Development Corp. named Jeremy Juffe leasing executive for its commercial properties, including University Village Shops, Miromar Outlets and Miromar Design Center.

Prior to joining Estero-based Miromar Development, Juffe was director of leasing and acquisitions for a New Jersey commercial real estate and multifamily development company, according to a statement. He oversaw lease management operations for a three-million-square-foot commercial retail portfolio in that role, the release adds.
