Sembler hires VP of leasing

St. Petersburg-based Sembler Co., one of the largest retail landlords along the Gulf Coast with a portfolio of roughly 10 million square feet, hired a new vice president of leasing.

Nichole Popovics joins Sembler from Regency Centers, where she spent nearly a year as a senior leasing agent. Prior to Regency, Popovics also worked for Equity One Realty and Management and shopping center owner Brixmor, all in the Tampa area, according to her profile on LinkedIn.
