Broker leaves firm, launches his own company

NAPLES — W.T. Pearson, after five years as an associate broker with Premier Commercial in Bonita Springs, has launched his own firm.

The new firm, launched in 2017, is named Pearson Commercial Real Estate Services LLC, according to a statement. Based in Naples, the new firm serves Southwest Florida and handles buyer and tenant representation; seller and landlord representation; site selection; and a specific focus on investment sales, the release adds.

Pearson, who grew up in Naples, was a Business Observer 40 under 40 winner last year.
