ESTERO — Neal Communities has closed out sales of homes in Estero Place, a gated community in Estero.
The privately held company, based in Lakewood Ranch with an office in Bonita Springs, developed the 102-home Estero Place, a 57-acre community that includes two lakes, 17 acres of preserve and a nature boardwalk.
“Estero Place was a highly sought-after community in Lee County,” says Michael Greenberg, southwest Florida regional president of Neal Communities in a statement.
Over more than 40 years the company has built in 90 communities in Southwest Florida. The family of companies includes Neal Signature Homes, Neal Land Ventures, Charlene Neal PureStyle, Waterscapes Pools & Spas, Neal Communities Funding, Fiducia Insurance and Allegiant Title Professionals.
