Homebuilder breaks ground on new age-restricted community

PulteGroup’s Del Webb Bexley brings ‘pre-retirement’ living to Land O’Lakes.

TAMPA — Atlanta-based PulteGroup has broken ground on six model homes at Del Webb Bexley, an 850-residence, age-restricted community in Land O’ Lakes.

The residences, according to a press release, are designed for pre-retirement and retiring boomers who remain active intellectually, socially and physically.
