Investment bank names new managing director

TAMPA — Boutique investment banking firm Skyway Capital Markets named Jim DiCesaro managing director.

DiCesaro has more than 20 years of experience in capital markets, including investment banking and equity research.  His focus for the past 15 years has been on raising growth capital for small to middle market private and public companies, according to a statement. He has served as lead analyst on multiple teams responsible for deal vetting, due diligence, structuring, documentation and execution, the release adds. DiCesaro’s areas of interest and expertise include health care technology, restaurants, e-commerce and consumer products.
