Ad agency promotes manager to principal

TAMPA — ChappellRoberts named Katy Berry controller and principal of the Ybor City-based branding, advertising, public relations and marketing firm.

As part of the agency leadership team, Berry will lead finance, human resources and administrative operations while maintaining a focus on overall agency management and growth, according to a statement. Berry joined ChappellRoberts in 2009 as an accounting assistant, and has grown her role to include accounting specialist, senior accounting specialist and most recently business manager, the release adds.

“Katy has led our business operations to new heights, and we are thrilled to welcome her to the agency leadership team, where she can continue to support our future growth,” ChappellRoberts CEO Colleen Chappell says in the release. “Growing our agency from within is a testament to the creative spirit and tenacity of our team.”

The agency also announced the promotion of Megan Federico and Kelley Volenec to account executives.
