The property is on the Pithlachascotee River at 7814 Pier Rd. It includes a retreat-style home built in 2004. It's listed at $894,950.

June Carter Cash's parents, Ezra “Pop” Carter and “Mother” Maybelle Carter, originally purchased the property in the mid-1960s. Johnny and June Carter Cash inherited the property after her parents died.
