FORT MYERS — Campo Felice Retirement Living has unveiled plans for a second phase of construction in downtown Fort Myers.
The community's second phase, at 2500 Edwards Drive in the downtown historic river district of the city, will contain 99 assisted living units and 20 specialized, memory care residences in a nine-story building.
The 170,408-square-foot second phase will offer five distinct assisted living floor plans, measuring from 425 square feet to 675 square feet in the new building's first eight floors. Amenities will include a 2,900-square-foot restaurant, movie theater, swimming pool and an exterior terrace.
