Neal Communities continues push into Naples market

NAPLES — Neal Communities plans to host an event to launch sales at its Avalon of Naples' multifamily carriage home development later this month.

The Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder plans to hold a grand opening for the community Jan. 21 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.

The 17-acre project, at the intersection of Davis Boulevard and County Barn Road, features six acres of nature preserve and a large center lake. Homes in Avalon are priced from $299,976, and Neal offers four different floor plans within 19 Coastal-themed buildings, ranging from 1,355 square feet to 1,725 square feet under air, according to a statement.
