Acquisition boosts financial services company

BONITA SPRINGS — Capital Care Group, a full service accounting and financial services firm, has acquired AJ Pagliarni Accounting and Tax LLC.

Capital Care officials, in a release, say the acquisition “allows for the firm to offer an even wider array of services for both businesses and individuals throughout Southwest Florida.” Capital Care also opened a second office, this one in Fort Myers, after the acquisition. The new office is at 6710 Winkler Road.

"We are excited about continuing the great relationships that Pagliarni has given his clients and to be growing and serving the Fort Myers area," Capital Care Group principal Steven Phillips says in the statement.
