NAPLES — Longtime Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage agent Dawn McKenna, with a successful career in luxury real estate in suburban Chicago, is expanding her practice to include Naples.
McKenna is a top-ranked agent in Hinsdale, west of Chicago, where she has been based since 2003, according to a statement. Her expansion to Naples, as well as the city of Chicago, coincides with the launch of the Dawn McKenna Group, the release adds.
“Hinsdale will always be my heart and soul, but I wanted to expand my business so that I can continue to meet the needs of my clients and provide them with the best possible service,” McKenna says in the release. “Many of my clients are at a point in their lives where they're ready for change, and often that means that they're looking to either downsize, move to the city, or venture to warmer climates.”
McKenna, the release adds, has earned multiple awards for her sales performances and holds a spot in the Coldwell Banker President's Elite.
