Homebuilder targets big expansion

Beattie Development, a Cape Coral homebuilder and remodeling company, expanded its services to include property management and real estate transactions.

The Beattie Realty Team opened in an office next to Beattie Development's corporate headquarters, according to a release.

Beattie Development founder and president Paul Beattie is actively recruiting licensed real estate agents and brokers. He hopes to have at least two real estate brokers in place before the end of the year and grow the realty team to 15 agents by 2019, the statement adds.
