Auto group expands along Gulf Coast

Morgan Auto Group has increased its Florida presence with the acquisition of Sun Toyota & Scion in Holiday, according to a release. The Pasco County dealership was purchased from Jeff Cadwell and Dwane Johansen.

Terms of the deal weren't released.

John Marazzi has been named managing partner of the Sun Toyota & Scion dealership, the statement says. Marazzi, also a managing partner of Morgan Auto Group's Brandon Honda location, will oversee operations at the newly purchased dealership.
